WHY RATE MANAGERS ON A SCALE?
Anonymously ragging on a disliked supervisor may feel good, but it doesn’t exactly solve anything. Unless there is a severe problem, no corporation is looking at bad boss forums for upper-management insight.
If we want to make a real difference, we have to be able to understand the underlying qualities of company leaders. Doing so helps us present adequate solutions for all parties. On a large scale, this is of tremendous value.
