After rating a manager (past or current), users are able to request more information with a boss report. After analyzing their review, we can make a number of assumptions that are either serious, helpful or humorous. The premise is to keep employees from wallowing.
Aside from detailed summaries and tips, we plan to engage users with quality content. This is where the cast of characters comes in. Every boss report will resemble a player card; with a breakdown of attributes, skills, weaknesses, accessories, etc.. that mirror the boss profile. Reports will also include jokes, manager movie clips and more!
In the future, confirmation questions will be added to boss reports in order to ensure our content is accurate and helpful. If a profile doesn’t make sense or it isn’t funny, then we need to know! This helps us discover new characters and better define the data!
